Bostonian Lettings understands that to provide our Landlords with a first class service, we need first class tenants. So we aim to protect our tenants in the same way we do our Landlords.

Once we find you a suitable property, we will arrange a time to suit you: daytime, evenings or at a weekend. One of our staff will meet you at the property and show you around and answer any questions you might have.
To help us speed up your application you will need work and landlord references. Please have these ready - it will save a lot of time. There is a £300 fee to move into any of our properties, this covers references, inventory, submit deposit and your tenancy agreement and all other paperworks needed to move in.
You are required to pay a deposit, before you move in. This is normally equal to 1 months rent, i.e £650 per month rent equals £650 deposit. This will be paid into a Tenancy Deposit Rental Scheme. The Deposit Protection Service (DPS).
The deposit will be held until the tenancy comes to an end, and cover any breakages/damage if any to the property. All checks will be carried out with you the tenant.
The rent will be paid on a per calender month basis, starting on the day you move in, and from then on that day every month. So you will need 1 months rent, and the same again for your deposit, before you move in.
Rents will be collected every month by one of Bostonian Lettings staff. This will be the same date that you moved in on, i.e 6th day of every month if you moved in on the 6th.
How charges to the tenant are:

£300 fees to cover above works, non refundable if tenant pulls out
